Avarlo ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at avarlo.ai and provides managed AI voice agent services to businesses. Information You Provide Voluntarily

When you fill out a contact form, book a discovery call, or request a quote, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, and details about your business needs. We only collect what you choose to submit.

Demo and Discovery Calls

If you request a live demo call, the call is placed by our AI voice agent platform, Autocalls ("our AI infrastructure provider"), and is recorded and transcribed. We retain the recording, transcript, and a summary of the call to operate and improve the service, and to follow up with you. Requirements around call recording vary by jurisdiction, including two-party consent laws; see our FAQ for more detail. We also retain, for a limited period and strictly to prevent abuse of the free demo feature, the phone number and IP address used to request a demo call.

Website Analytics and Cookies

We may use standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website — such as which pages are visited and how long visitors stay. This data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals. Our website may use cookies to support basic functionality and analytics. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser at any time.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number to Avarlo LLC and check the text message consent box on our discovery call form, we collect your mobile number and your record of consent so we can send you text messages about your inquiry and any call you schedule with us. Consent is optional and is never a condition of any purchase or of submitting the form.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with the messaging providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms for full details.

Payment Processing

When you enroll in a paid Avarlo subscription, payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe collects and stores your payment card details directly under its own privacy policy and terms. Avarlo does not receive or store your full card number.

From the payment and subscription process, Avarlo receives and retains limited information such as your name, email address, billing country, the last four digits and card brand of your payment method, your subscription plan, trial and renewal dates, AI call-minute usage totals used to calculate billing, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We use this information to provide the service you signed up for, calculate usage charges, manage billing and renewals, handle failed payments, and keep records required for tax and accounting.

We do not sell this information. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. That said, no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed completely secure. We encourage you to be thoughtful about what information you share online.

Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms or tools. These services have their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you use in connection with our offerings.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. If you are no longer a client and have no active inquiry with us, you may request deletion of your information by contacting us directly.

Phone numbers and IP addresses collected solely to prevent abuse of the free demo call feature are retained for a short, limited period (typically 24 to 48 hours) and then deleted automatically. Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries are retained longer, consistent with the purposes above.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request that we delete your information.
